Terms of service

1. Adults only

DropYourSocials is for adults aged 18 or older (or the age of majority where you live, if higher). By entering the site you confirm that you are, and that viewing adult content is legal where you are.

2. What DropYourSocials is

DropYourSocials is a directory: creators publish a profile with their usernames on third-party platforms, and visitors are sent to those platforms. We are not affiliated with these platforms, we do not sell or host paid content, and we are not a party to anything that happens between you and a creator there.

3. Your account

• You must give your real date of birth and a valid email.
• Keep your password safe; you are responsible for what happens on your account.
• One account and one profile per person.

4. Your profile and content

• You must be the person in your photos, own the rights to them, and only link accounts you control.
• Your content must follow our profile & photo rules. Every profile and photo is reviewed before publication, and we may refuse, hide or remove any content at our discretion.
• You keep ownership of your content. You give us a free, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, display and resize it on DropYourSocials for as long as it is published, and to show it in previews of the site.
• When you submit your profile you confirm that you are 18+, that you are the person shown and that you consent to publication. We keep a record of that confirmation.

5. Forbidden

• Any content involving or suggesting minors.
• Content of other people without their consent, impersonation, stolen photos.
• Sexual acts or visible genitals, escort or meeting services.
• Scams, spam, phishing, malware or misleading links.
• Bots, scraping, automated account creation, or anything that disrupts the site.

Breaking these rules can lead to removal, a ban and, for illegal content, a report to the authorities.

6. Reports, removal and our role

DropYourSocials acts as a hosting provider for the profiles its members publish. We review every profile before publication, but members remain responsible for what they post. Anyone can report a profile; we act promptly on reports and remove clearly illegal content as soon as we are aware of it. See report & content removal for removal and copyright requests.

7. Intellectual property

The DropYourSocials name, logo, design and texts are protected. You may not copy them, or scrape the site or its profiles, without our written permission.

8. Paid features

DropYourSocials is free today. If paid visibility options are offered later, their price and conditions will be shown before any purchase.

9. No guarantee

The site is provided "as is". We do our best to keep it safe and available, but we cannot guarantee that it will always be error-free, nor any number of views, clicks or followers. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect losses or for what happens on third-party platforms.

10. Ending

You can stop using DropYourSocials and ask us to delete your account at any time (contact us). We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; important changes will be announced on the site.

12. Applicable law

These terms are governed by the law of the country where DropYourSocials is established, without depriving you of the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence. Before any dispute, please contact us: most issues are solved by a simple email.
